As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers, while also providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check passengers tickets, passports, and other travel documents
• Assist passengers with their baggage and guide them to the check-in counter
• Process check-in procedures accurately and efficiently
• Answer any questions or concerns from passengers regarding their flight
• Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers, such as seat changes or upgrades
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless check-in process
• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
• Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a calm and professional manner
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
