Job Description

• Assist in developing and executing sales and revenue plans.
• Manage key corporate, MICE, travel trade, and group accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of hotel sales experience, including senior-level exposure.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
