Assistant Manager

1. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and all relevant statutory laws, rules, and regulations. 2. Plan and allocate daily work activities and manpower, ensuring timely execution of erection and commissioning of all HVAC and related water systems. 3. Ensure qualification and documentation of all utility equipment as per defined requirements and standards. 4. Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs effectively to enhance efficiency and reliability of HVAC and water systems. 5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure installation and qualification activities are completed within timelines for all utilities. 6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to operation and maintenance. 7. Monitor and optimize power consumption without impacting production schedules. Coordinate closely with the project department for smooth handover and transition of new systems and projects. 8. Ensure spare parts inventory management in coordination with the purchase department. 9. Streamline HVAC and water system performance through defect analysis and corrective actions 10. Prepare, implement, and maintain all cGMP documentation and related records. 11. Train downstream staff for proper operation, maintenance, and project execution as per requirements. 12. Coordinate with internal engineering, production teams, and external contractors to achieve objectives efficiently and on time. 13. Provide regular updates to higher management on critical issues during operations and status of corrective actions. 14. Responsible for implementation and adherence of cGMP standards within the plant. 15. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management in alignment with job role. 16. Maintain and ensure adherence to safety practices during plant operation and maintenance. 17. Complete all tasks assigned by the reporting manager within stipulated timelines.
