Job Description
Wir suchen Moderatoren (m/w/d), die unser Kaufbei TV Team mit positivem Einfluss erweitern können. Sie helfen unserem Team Inhalte zu konzipieren und effizient und eigenverantwortlich zu entwickeln. Sie unterstützen uns praxisorientierte Lösungen zu finden und behalten immer eine neutrale Haltung.
Aufgaben
– Klärung des Auftrages und der Ziele der Moderation;
– Erstellung der Dramaturgie;
– Organisatorische Vorbereitung der Sitzung;
– Einführung in die Thematik;
– Steuerung des Diskussionsprozesses;
– Pointierung der Inhalte und inhaltliche Klärung verschwommener Beiträge;
– Verantwortung für die Visualisierung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse;
