• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds
• Provide information and answer questions about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related inquiries
• Ensure all necessary travel documents are in order for passengers
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Keep up-to-date with airline policies and procedures
• Assist in other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of computer systems and reservation software
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
