Technology Project Management_ Manager

Experience Level: 9-14 years

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end to end digital transformation initiatives for major Oil & Gas clients primarily for MENA region to work with major oil & gas organizations usually onsite. The role focuses on delivering complex technology programs spanning SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Digital Twin, Cloud technology, AI implementations and other enterprise digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in a consulting environment, ideal candidate has Arabic linguistic skills.

Role Details:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
• Manage implementation of technology platforms including SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Digital Twin solutions, cloud platforms, AI solutions and enterprise applications.
• Define project scope, governance structures, delivery plans, risk frameworks, and resource models.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring seamless communication across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across onshore/offshore locations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive PMO governance, RAID management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure solution alignment with Oil & Gas industry processes and regulatory frameworks in the Gulf/MENA region.
• Coordinate RFP responses, proposal development, and business case creation for new opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to scale technology consulting offerings for the energy sector.
• Facilitate adoption, change management, training, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, data, and quality standards for digital platforms.
  
  

Must Have:

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in a Big 4 or consulting environment. Should have executed at-least one Technology project in Oil & Gas sector. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills with C level engagement exposure. Experience working in the MENA region or with MENA-based clients. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  
  

Good to Have: PMP/SAFe certified, Digital Twin, SAP implementation, BIM, AI prompting, Cloud platforms, Smartsheet, tool customization/configuration/integration, IT project experience, Agile methodology, Big4 consulting experience, Arabic speaking linguistics for MENA projects.
