Roles & Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead and execute end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and reporting.
• Oversee and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform and review bank, GL, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data across business units and systems for reporting and compliance.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and management reports.
• Maintain strong compliance with IFRS, internal financial policies, and audit requirements.
• Work within a structured ERP environment (SAP preferred) to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audit readiness and support.
• Manage workload effectively during peak financial cycles and reporting deadlines.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance)
• Professional certification preferred: Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CA Inter, CMA Inter
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with strong expertise in R2R, GL accounting, and reconciliations
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential
• Strong understanding of IFRS and internal financial controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
