Selection Process

The Selection Process Tentatively Involves Two Stages:

  • Skill Test (For Graphic Designer Role)
  • Interview – For final selection

About ASAP Kerala & CSPs:

ASAP Kerala is a Section 8 company under the Higher Education Department of the Government of Kerala, offering skill training on 150+ courses both offline and online. The offline training activities are conducted through 16 Community Skill Parks (CSPs) across the state. This notification is for the recruitment of Jr. Executives with the job roles specified below.

Job Role: Jr. Executive - Graphic Designer

Qualification Requirements

Age below 35 years. Any Regular Degree from a recognized university with minimum one year work experience. The candidate should be proficient in designing tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc Candidates with certification in Graphic Designing and Video Editing Skills are preferred.

Job Description

  • Support the marketing activities of the division by creating creative and attractive design services.
  • Prepare promotional and marketing materials for skill course promotion as per the skill training calendar.
  • Prepare promotional and marketing materials for workshops, bootcamps, events etc as per the schedule from various CSPs.
  • Design the campaign posters, course catalog for hardcopy and soft copy circulation amongst the potential candidates of skill /non skill programmes.
  • Design various flyers admission announcement posters, reports, presentations as per the data provided by Programme Managers/ CSP Center Heads.
  • Support with the designs for website updation/ posts.
  • Any other related tasks assigned by the management.

Job Role : Jr. Executive - IT Support Executive

Qualification Requirements

Age below 35 years. Any Regular Degree from a recognized university with minimum one year work experience. Candidates with graduation in Computer Science/Engineering Stream is preferred (B.Tech, B.Sc CS, BCA/MCA).

Job Description

  • The primary responsibility is to support and oversee the Website/CRM and the CSP App services under the guidance of Programme Manager (Skill Connect).
  • Responsible for coordinating the website/app/technology platform development and deployment team for regular updates.
  • Provide technical support to address any issues or errors encountered in the website/ app/ platform by the users. This may involve diagnosing problems, troubleshooting issues with website functionality, and implementing solutions to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee the essential tasks such as software updates, bug fixes, content updates, and performance optimization to keep the website/app running smoothly.
  • Oversee scheduling of classes (ASAP & OP training) in CRM, attendance analysis, feedbacks, scheduling assessments, certificate generation etc as per requirement.
  • Using the web analytics tools, monitor website traffic, user engagement, and performance metrics. By analyzing data and insights, they identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of the website/ app/ platform.
  • Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the website in search engine results.
  • Updating the details related to courses, events, activities etc regularly and generating various reports from the technology platform pertaining to the performance of CSP SBU.
  • Work jointly with the developer to enhance website navigation, usability, and accessibility to ensure that visitors have a positive experience and can easily find the information they need.
