Job Description

Position Details:

Job Title : Associate – Data Engineer/Analyst

Department : Enablement Decision Sciences

Experience and Qualification:

• Over 2 years of experience as a data analyst or data engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  
  

Specific Role Requirements

• Create, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient big data processing pipelines within distributed computing environments.
• Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of different business units.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and design suitable data solutions.
• Execute data ingestion, processing, and transformation workflows to facilitate various analytical and machine learning applications.
• Keep updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data processing and analytics, integrating them into our data engineering methodologies.
• Possess expertise in data modelling, data warehousing principles, data governance best practices, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong capabilities in documentation, presentation, and data storytelling.
• Have experience in utilizing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and developing generative AI solutions.
  
  

Technology Requirement:

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in Power BI and other Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of Azure data engineering tools, particularly Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Python programming skills.
• Competent in using Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of large language models and generative AI tools.
• Experience in a multi-cloud environment is advantageous.
