Role Overview:

As a Solutions Consultant in the Digital Team, you will be responsible for proposing technological solutions to our clients, helping them to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and to leverage technology to achieve their business objectives. The Solution Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, to design customized solutions using various technologies.

Position Summary

Proficiency in analysing the customer’s business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technology solution blueprints.

Facilitate Design Thinking/ Business Storytelling workshops to understand desired business needs, user journey mapping and pain points exploration

The role requires individuals to be a creative thinker and doer to cultivate innovative ways within the organization to handle complex business challenges balancing design, technology, and business priorities

Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation

The candidate must be able to drive a meaningful impact across the organization through a different way of working which is human-centred, iterative and customer focused

The candidate must be able to communicate new ideas and provide a strategic viewpoint to ensure that recommendations not only solve customer business problems but also create sustainable business value

You will work closely with clients, product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of digital products and services

Essential

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects
• Should be able to play the role of a business consultant with a technological mindset
• Work closely with sales team and take part in business proposal creation
• Work with implementation teams to convert business problems into technological solution designs
• Must be able to articulate technology and design approach to both business and technical users
• Should have expertise as a Business Analyst and able to create solution design documents and business requirement documents
• Experience in designing solutions using automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code Development platforms (LCDP), AI is a plus
