Early Years Practitioner : Childrens Centre and Primary School : Tottenham

A welcoming Primary School in Tottenham, North London, with a well:established Childrens Centre, is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This Early Years Practitioner role is ideal for someone passionate about early intervention, family support, and delivering high:quality EYFS provision.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with outreach teams and professionals to plan and deliver engaging early learning sessions, including stay:and:play, speech and language activities, and parent:led sessions. The successful Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in supporting both children and families within the local community.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering EYFS:based sessions as an Early Years Practitioner
• Leading stay:and:play and family learning sessions as an Early Years Practitioner
• Supporting parents understanding of child development as an Early Years Practitioner
• Monitoring childrens progress and outcomes as an Early Years Practitioner
• Working alongside health visitors and professionals as an Early Years Practitioner
• Supporting access to early years provision and free entitlements as an Early Years Practitioner
  
  

This Early Years Practitioner role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive primary school and Childrens Centre, making a real difference to children and families.

Applicants must have relevant Early Years experience and hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing for one through us.
