The Team

The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the stores reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the teams success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.

The Position

The stores Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and continuously updating display spaces to best represent the brand. The VM is responsible for styling window displays and mannequins and ensures proper merchandising of the store following company guidelines.

• Collaborate continuously with the Visual Merchandising (VM) department of Head Office.
• Comply with guidelines related to brand message for window dressing and in-store display.
• Act promptly by replenishing stock with missing sizes to ensure full availability of merchandise in the store at all times
• Ensure that the store display is able to maximize sales according to the requirements of the Retail and Merchandising team.
• Show passion for our brands, support the goals of the store and the company as a whole.
• Be a Brand Ambassador
• Always be up-to-date on merchandise received so that we know all available references in order to display/propose them to the customer.
• Through KPI analysis, propose stock rotation by highlighting certain references
• Rotate merchandise to best set up spaces and ensure the best visual impact
• Compare and share with colleagues the VM strategies to be implemented
• Keep abreast of sales campaigns, testimonials and market trends
• Also provide appropriate support when setting up other stores, such as during renovations, new openings, etc.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a structured environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Product sensitivity and passion for fashion
• High level of detail orientation and work organization
• High level of local language proficiency and oral and written communication in English
