Field Executive

*Company/Showroom:* Jaquar Fittings Showroom

*Position:* Field Executive(male)

*Location:* Panjim, Goa

*Salary:* ₹15,000 per month + Fuel Charges + Incentives

*Experience:* Freshers / Experienced candidates

*Qualification:* 12th Pass / Graduate

*Job Type:* Full-Time

*Work Mode:* Field Job

### Job Responsibilities

1. Visit assigned locations to generate business leads and identify potential customers.

2. Meet clients, contractors, architects, interior designers, and business owners to promote showroom products.

3. Conduct field visits and develop new business opportunities.

4. Promote Jaquar bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, faucets, and related products.

5. Generate leads from construction sites, builders, and ongoing projects.

6. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

8. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9. Submit daily field visit reports and lead-generation updates to the reporting manager.

### Candidate Requirements

- 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have a bike and comfortable with field visits and client meetings.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Must have a personal bike and a valid driving license.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

### Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month.

- Additional Fuel Charges.
