Deputy Manager - Maintenance

The Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance should manage the plant maintenance, Equipment’s and Utilities. He should have sound technical knowledge and functional skills in Press shop, Heat treatment, finishing and assembly operations; He should be able to drive his team members to improve the overall performance of the function.

• Maintenance Knowledge of SPM - assembly machines, press shop, Heat treatment furnaces and trouble-shooting knowledge of other process areas such as machining and grinding.
• Ability to Design hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and expertise in troubleshooting with Basic PLCs Knowledge.
• Should be able to Manage and achieve Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance requirements as per target / plan with measures like MTTR/MTBF.
• Spares planning and always ensuring availability of spares.
• Risk assessment of equipment and the process.
• Documentation of maintenance procedures, work instruction and periodical review of the same.
• Basic Knowledge on Electrical Equipment
