Customer Relationship Officer-NRI Lounge Tirurangadi

To manage assigned business processes, products, customer journeys, operational activities, governance requirements, and performance outcomes by ensuring effective execution, regulatory compliance, risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to support business growth and customer experience.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist customers with account opening, onboarding, and documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FATCA, and other regulatory requirements during customer onboarding and servicing.
• Promote and facilitate adoption of digital banking products and services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the NRI Lounge and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through lead conversion and relationship deepening.
• Support branch initiatives, customer engagement programs, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage lounge access, customer appointments, and service standards for premium and NRI customers.
• Oversee lounge inventory management and coordinate with vendors for uninterrupted availability of required materials and services.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Experience: 1 to 5 years
