Team Lead - Sales

Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for the Insurance BPS portfolio, covering pre-RFPs, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. • Design and build market-specific insurance offerings and reusable solution accelerators aligned to client needs across geographies (North America, UK, EU, APAC). • Own the creation of commercial and pricing models, including FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based, and gain-share constructs, ensuring competitiveness and target margins. • Craft compelling, win-themed proposal responses, executive summaries, and solution narratives that articulate Hexawares differentiators and value proposition. • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Transition, and Transformation teams to develop robust, deliverable, and de-risked solutions. • Drive solution reviews, deal qualification, risk assessment, and internal approval governance (deal desk / bid management). • Develop and maintain a repository of case studies, capability decks, benchmarks, and knowledge assets to accelerate response cycles. • Collaborate with automation, AI, and digital COE teams to embed transformation levers (intelligent automation, GenAI, analytics) into solutions
