The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting. Our consultants work on complex, international business situations, discuss and influence business decisions, and interact with clients to understand the operational process and functional requirements. What you will do

• Participate in delivering complex projects to Insurance and Reinsurance clients
• Engage in different phases of the implementation of SAP Reinsurance solution (FS-RI)
• Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand-out solutions meeting clients needs
• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements
• Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP transformational programs
• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions
• Organize and lead external or internal workshop
• Interact with clients to understand their operational, process and functional requirements
• Comprehend and document complex business processes 

What we are looking 

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Computer Science,Math’s or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of progressive, relevant consulting experience
• Technical and functional expertise in (Re)Insurance applications/modules,preferably in SAP
• Demonstrates business and financial acumen combined with the professional consulting skills necessary to create solutions that consider business objectives and financial requirements
• Project involvement through all phases (end to end)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with strong client relationship skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

• (Re)Insurance industry experience of advantage
• Cross functional expertise with regards to integration with other SAP core modules like FS-CD, FPSL, PaPM
• Understanding of the technology and how it affects clients area of the business, trends associated with technology, value propositions for clients
• Additional local language skills in [language]
