The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling ticketing and check-in processes, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with ticketing and check-in processes
• Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Process ticket sales and payments in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle passenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights
• Assist passengers with special needs or requests, including wheelchair assistance and special dietary requirements
• Monitor flight schedules and make necessary changes to accommodate passengers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ticket counters and boarding gates
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for all passengers
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures at all times Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in computer systems and software, including ticketing and reservation systems
