Role Summary

The role focuses on driving milk sales and expanding distribution networks within the assigned operational area to achieve budgeted business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations, ensuring market responsiveness, and adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand distribution networks in the territory
  

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
  

Collections & Accounts

• Ensure timely collection of sales realizations
  

• Reconcile outstanding accounts and maintain financial discipline
  

Logistics & Operations

• Organize and monitor logistics to ensure timely milk distribution
  

• Ensure seamless supply chain operations across all outlets
  

Market Intelligence

• Conduct regular market visits to identify gaps and opportunities
  

• Track competitor activities and recommend actionable strategies
  

Business Development

• Promote and expand the Model Parlour initiative across the region
  

• Drive visibility and retail expansion
  

Asset Management

• Monitor crate movement and ensure timely collection
  

• Maintain accountability and minimize losses
  

Loss Prevention

• Implement measures to reduce leakages, damages, and product wastage
  

• Ensure optimal product handling and storage practices
  

Customer Management

• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
  

• Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company policies
  

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
