• Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes to passengers

• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other relevant information
• Handle any passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers

• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
