Job Description

Responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards in line with company guidelines.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance to achieve production objectives.
Utilize knowledge of planning activities related to production and dispatching to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes.
Train and mentor junior production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production department, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using production management software and tools to track progress and analyze data.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address production challenges effectively.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities efficiently.
