Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external contractors. Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration to resolve issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and project control metrics. Provide regular progress updates, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and company expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution.
Contract Management Support: Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements related to project execution. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage change orders effectively.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Support audits and inspections as needed.
Technology Integration: Promote the adoption of cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
8-15 years of demonstrated success in project management and control within the thermal power industry, managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
