Trainee - R&D

Job Description

To execute the analysis in lab independently under the guidance of the supervisor, responsible to maintain lab records and work place. Follow safety rules of the factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior scientists and researchers in conducting experiments and studies as per project requirements.
• Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Record, compile, and present experimental data accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in literature reviews and contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations.
• Support the development and optimization of new formulations and analytical methods.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams within the R&D department.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  
  

• Master's degree in Chemistry.
• Freshers candidates
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior internship or project experience in a pharmaceutical Analytical R&D setting is a plus.
