Metrics & Insights Intern

Responsibilities:

• Track social media performance across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight key trends every month and quarter.
• Analyze engagement to recommend improvements and optimize content.

Scheduler & Content Operations Intern

Smooth operations keep our mission moving forward. As Scheduler & Content Operations Intern, your work ensures our social media content flows seamlessly around the world—on time, organized, and perfectly coordinated.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Global Content & Event Calendar with precision and care.
• Coordinate scheduling across time zones, ensuring strategic placement of posts.
• Oversee content approvals, check translations, and maintain publishing quality.
• Proactively communicate timelines and priorities to internal teams
• Keep content records and submission form data accurate and up to date.

Who You Are:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with a knack for managing moving parts.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
• Self-starting with a strong sense of ownership and readiness to learn.
• Able to work thoughtfully with guidance but proactive enough to anticipate next steps.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Mass Communication, Social Work, Management, or a related field

Experience

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Corp communications, marketing or related activities
• Internship experience will be an added advantage

Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic presentation and documentation skills
• Creativity and interest in social initiatives
• Ability to work with teams and interact with diverse stakeholders
• Basic organizational and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with passion to learn & contribute

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work location will be corporate office with limited travel mainly to support any outbound programs on need basis.
