Senior Engineer - Embedded Hardware - Design Engineer

Job Requirements

• Understand client requirements
• Electric circuit design (Analog, digital)
• PCB design
• Selection and evaluation of electricity and electronic components
• EOL services for existing product parts (change of design etc.)
• Various evaluations of products, such as EMC and EMI
• Release of drawing related to electricity and electronic components
• Working task which suits the related act of the industry and the customer/Quest Global QMS
• The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  
  

• 6-10 years of experience in Multilayer High Density High-speed design
• Experience in High-Speed interfaces DDRx SDRAM, USB, Ethernet
• Must have working experience in complex boards with high layer count
• Must be strong in both Cadence Allegro 17.x or Altium
• Preferable to have experience in Zuken tool
• Must have strong Knowledge on rules creation in Constraint Manager
• Strong knowledge on the thermal consideration on the designs.
• Understanding of PCB/laminate materials and electrical parameters a plus.
• Must be strong in IPC standards Library footprint creation.
• Experience in DFx standards (DFM / DFA / DFT).
• Preferable to have basic knowledge in SI / PI analysis & stack-up design.
• Good Communication and Analytical skill
