Work Experience
Job Requirements
Experienced Project Management/coordination professionals with expertise in healthcare devices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Developing a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Documentation of process improvements and best practices.
Final project report summarizing outcomes and savings achieved
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Industrial design, Electrical, Marketing and purchasing teams.
Required Skills (Technical Competency)
Able to work independently & experience with working in cross functional teams.
Good analytical skills in problem solving, identifying the technical risks and mitigating them systematically.
Demonstrated ability to assist and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Medical devices product development experience.
Knowledge in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes
S/W project implantation experience at customer site like EMR module or PACS or ERP implementation.
