Job Requirements

Experienced Project Management/coordination professionals with expertise in healthcare devices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Documentation of process improvements and best practices.
• Final project report summarizing outcomes and savings achieved
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Industrial design, Electrical, Marketing and purchasing teams.
  
  

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• Able to work independently & experience with working in cross functional teams.
• Good analytical skills in problem solving, identifying the technical risks and mitigating them systematically.
• Demonstrated ability to assist and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Medical devices product development experience.
• Knowledge in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes
• S/W project implantation experience at customer site like EMR module or PACS or ERP implementation.
• Work Experience
• Project management activities execution of across all project phases
• Supplier/vendor management experience.
• Proficient in English Language
