Program Manager For Automotive

Job Requirements

Quest Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager who can lead complex programs, manage financials, and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Financial Management
• Own P&L responsibility for assigned programs.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies.
• Project Governance
• Track and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Provide regular status updates to customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Supplier Coordination
• Manage relationships with our suppliers and customer suppliers for timely execution.
• Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Leadership
• Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Purchase, Engineering, and other internal functions.
• Drive alignment and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Risk Management
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Process Excellence
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices.
  
  

• Proven experience in Program Management within automotive or other domains.
• Solid experience in P&L management and financial accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex project dependencies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar for tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
• Proven track record of leading cross-cultural teams and managing operations in Europe.
