Job Description:

Scope of Work:

• Virtual Assessment, Consultations, and provide Individualized Treatment Plans:
• Conduct remote assessments of patients physical conditions and health conditions.
• Understanding & co-creating patient goals & objectives.
• Nudge patients to adhere to their health goals, follow up on time, and follow any treatment plan given.
• Nudge patients to input their data on the MyTatva app.
• Understanding any medical symptoms, modifying the plan, and assisting patients with lifestyle management.
• Tailor exercise regimens to address specific patient needs and goals.
• Actively engage participants through telephone and in-app chat and video calls as per the SOP.
• Provide clear instructions for therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities through virtual platforms.
• Utilize outcome measures to assess improvements and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Monitor and adjust rehabilitation plan as needed.
• Conduct live exercise sessions.
  
  
  

Patient Education:

• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and the importance of consistent participation in virtual rehabilitation.
• Share educational content as per the SOP provided.
• Do reactive and proactive conversations with patients as per the SOP.
  
  
  

Collaboration with the Healthcare Team:

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patients care.
• Share updates and collaborate on holistic treatment plans.
  
  
  

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as per the SOP provided by the reporting manager.
• Document all tele-rehabilitation sessions and interventions.
• Track participant progress against goals and adherence and assess coaching methods that work leveraging data analytics.
• Top performing coaches to lead exercise team as we advance including managing a team of coaches, handling complex patient cases, conducting quality control, training, etc.
• Provide reliable and relevant patient content to the Mytatva team as needed and assist in reviewing the same.
• If physical presence for participation in a local event is required by the organization, it will be encouraged to meet the requirements, and a travel allowance will be provided.
  
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• Service providers should have access to personal laptops or computers (with HD cameras) with a high-speed internet connection to deliver uninterrupted service.
• Ensure a secure and confidential telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with virtual rehabilitation platforms and video conferencing tools.
  
  
  

Working Hours:

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday from mandatory to complete 9 hrs./day with a weekday off.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Specialized training or certification in telerehabilitation practices will be Plus.
• Strong understanding of lifestyle and chronic health conditions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective virtual interactions.
• Ability to adapt traditional rehabilitation exercises to virtual formats.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong problem-solving skills in addressing virtual rehabilitation challenges.
• Knowledge of best practices for engaging and retaining clients in virtual consultation and coaching services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
