• MS / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology
• Candidates with 50–100 SICS surgeries experience preferred

• Comprehensive exposure in Medical Glaucoma Management
• Step-by-step mentorship under experienced surgeons
• Hands-on surgical training with structured learning
• Opportunity to become an independent cataract surgeon
  
  

• Phaco Cataract Surgery
• Glaucoma diagnosis & management
• OPD and patient evaluation
• Pre-operative and post-operative management
• Complicated cataract case handling
