Lead Engineer Full Stack Developer

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to design and develop secure, reliable, and user-friendly web applications for medical and diagnostic products. The engineer will work across Web UI, backend services, databases, and system integration while following medical-device software development and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design and develop responsive, intuitive Web UI applications for medical systems.

·      Develop backend services, business logic, and REST APIs.

·      Integrate the application with medical devices, databases, and external systems.

·      Participate in requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, and release activities.

·      Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test evidence.

·      Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and defect analysis.

·      Follow secure coding practices and medical-device software lifecycle processes.

·      Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, system engineers, QA, and regulatory teams.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

·       7+ years of software development experience, including full-stack product development.

·       Strong Web UI development experience using:

  * React or Angular

  * TypeScript/JavaScript

  * HTML5 and CSS3

  * Responsive web design and reusable UI components

·       Strong backend development experience using C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET.

·       Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

·       Good knowledge of SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

·       Experience with unit testing and UI/API automation testing.

·       Proficiency with Git, code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD practices.

·       Experience working with multithreaded, asynchronous, or event-driven applications.

·       Hands-on experience developing software for medical devices, Pathology systems, diagnostic instruments, laboratory systems, or healthcare products.

·       Understanding of regulated medical software development, including requirements traceability, design documentation, risk control, verification, and validation.

* Working knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

·       Knowledge of IEC 62366 usability engineering and medical UI design principles.

·       Experience with HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ASTM, LIS, HIS, or other healthcare integration standards.

·       Experience integrating Web UI applications with medical instruments
