The Head of Demand Generation will lead the agency’s growth engine by designing and executing strategies that drive qualified leads, pipeline creation, and revenue for the agency’s marketing automation services. This role blends growth strategy, performance marketing, brand positioning, content-led demand creation, and conversion optimization. You will oversee the full-funnel demand engine—from market positioning to lead acquisition to nurturing—while working closely with sales, marketing automation experts, creative, and leadership teams. We are looking for a candidate who has experience of generating demand for a marketing automation or a digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy
Build and own the agency’s demand-generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Experience marketing services offerings ( SaaS/Product related to marketing).
Hands-on experience building email nurture journeys or lifecycle programs.
Knowledge of lead scoring, enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo), and ABM platforms (Demandbase, Terminus).
Understanding of martech stacks, CDPs, and CEPs
Experience with marketing attribution platforms.
Prior experience scaling demand functions from scratch.
Ability to oversee high-quality content on marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle strategy.
Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or any automation platform.
Exposure to global markets: US, UK, ANZ, Middle East.
