Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and experience creating engaging graphics for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and other brand communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  
• Develop creative concepts based on campaign and brand requirements.
  
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, and visual style.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
  
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
  
• Create designs in different formats and dimensions for various digital platforms.
  
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
  
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and branding.
  
• Good knowledge of social media design requirements.
  
• Ability to convert creative ideas into visually engaging designs.
  
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
  

Preferred

• Experience in digital marketing and social media creatives.
  
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage.
  
• Experience working with branding and marketing campaigns.
