Customer Relationship Executive

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will serve as the primary point of contact for our domestic BFSI clients within the CLM Back‑Office department. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, troubleshoot issues, provide product and service information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about Digitides products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to close tickets.
• Achieve defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on BFSI regulations and company offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in BFSI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced back‑office environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in shift rotations as required.
