Summary: The Counter Sales Executive plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences within a premium retail environment. This position is essential for driving sales performance, maintaining store excellence, and fostering lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to upholding brand standards while contributing to the growth of the retail presence in Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service

• Drive sales and achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation

• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately

• Ensure proper stock management and inventory upkeep

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Passion for sales and delivering an excellent customer experience

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards

Benefits

Salary: ₹18000-₹21000 per month with PF & ESI
