Job Description
- Generate new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, installers and other channel partners.
- Meet architects, builders, industries, commercial establishments and institutional customers to promote solar solutions.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing to provide market intelligence.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports and sales forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of solar products and the local market.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
