Role Description

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Partners across partnership initiatives, external coordination, and firm-wide execution. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who operates with strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will serve as a core extension of leadership, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across the firm’s most important priorities. This role sits at the center of decision-making and requires both execution ability and strategic awareness. This role is designed for candidates who want exposure to how a high-performance investment platform is built and operated, while contributing directly to outcomes across partnerships, communications, and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Initiatives: Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships across enterprise, government, and institutional stakeholders. Coordinate initiatives aligned with the firm’s investment and value creation strategy.
• External Coordination & Communication: Manage communication with LPs, partners, portfolio companies, and key stakeholders. Prepare materials, briefings, and follow-ups to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Marketing & Brand Support: Contribute to brand-building initiatives including events, conferences, private dinners, and digital presence. Support the development of presentations, reports, and external-facing materials.
• Strategic Execution: Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across the firm. Maintain visibility across ongoing projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Internal Coordination: Align workstreams across investment, operations, and external functions. Ensure information flows efficiently and priorities are executed without friction.
• Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support: Contribute across the firm on operational, strategic, and internal initiatives as priorities evolve.
  
  

• Relevant Experience: 2–6 years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-performance startup environments.
• Strong Organizational Ability: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Judgment and Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information and operate with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Ownership Mindset: Self-directed, accountable, and proactive in driving work forward without constant oversight.
• Interest in Venture Capital: Strong interest in technology, investing, and the broader venture ecosystem.
