Your responsibilities

Proactive Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Advocate for UX in business discussions, highlighting its strategic impact.
• Provide data-driven insights, user trends, and competitive analysis to guide decisions.
• Align business goals with user needs through actionable design strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations, prototypes, and storytelling to impress stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers to keep design central to the MVP roadmap.
  
  
  

• Rapidly iterate on visually compelling, scalable UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
• Apply lean design thinking for fast prototyping and validation.
  
  
  

• Conduct usability testing, interviews, and A/B testing to refine UX.
• Continuously enhance product usability through proactive improvements.
• Ensure seamless user flows, accessibility, and task efficiency.
• Leverage user analytics for data-driven design refinements.
  
  
  

• Mentor junior designers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Implement best practices, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Thrive under tight deadlines in Agile environments.
• Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Scrum frameworks.
  
  
  

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally building B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise application products
• Tools: Figma, Figjam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Stock, MS Excel, Jira, Confluence Skill: UI Designing, UX Research, Rapid prototyping, Agile and lean based product development, Design thinking
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools, namely Figma, Figjam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Stock
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong understanding and exposure to agile based design thinking and lean practices
• Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in end-to-end digital product design
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in rapid prototyping, animation, or interaction design techniques
• Bonus: Evidence of measurable impact on product success, user engagement, or process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
