Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body wise, started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioural development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social Media Lead to take Little Joys’ digital presence to the next level. This role is both strategic and execution-heavy — perfect for someone who loves to create, experiment, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Little Joys’ Instagram growth at scale while building YouTube from 0→1 with a first-principles approach.
• Own the full content lifecycle: strategy, ideation, creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
• Create engaging posts/reels per week — ensuring high creative quality, platform-native storytelling, and consistency with brand voice.
• Be comfortable coming on screen yourself and also bringing in others (moms, kids, creators) to shoot content.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt them meaningfully to the Little Joys world.
• Ensure content drives both brand love and business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functions

Who You Are:

• A social media specialist with strong expertise in Instagram and YouTube.
• Bonus: You’ve already built or managed a non-competing creator page/community (even small, but with clear intent).
• Exceptionally creative, with proven ability to balance strategy + execution.
• Comfortable in front of the camera, and equally good at directing others.
• Strong sense of ownership and drive to build a brand from the ground up.
• Obsessed with social storytelling, insights, and cracking what resonates with audiences.
• No gender-specific need.
