• Website & Analytics Wizardry
  
  

Track website performance, user behavior, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar.

Run A/B tests to ensure landing pages convert like a charm.

• Email Campaigns With Impact
  
  

Craft, test, and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Segment audiences to deliver communication that feels personal and purposeful.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear takeaways.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and popular social platforms.
• A knack for understanding and interpreting campaign performance.
• Strong communication skills and a love for storytelling.
• The ability to juggle tasks, timelines, and trends in a fast-paced environment.
