  • Conduct structured shift handovers, documenting open issues, ongoing work, and pending approvals for the incoming shift.
  • Ensure continuity of critical operations across shift transitions with no gaps in coverage or awareness.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of all active maintenance, incidents, and vendor activity on-site.

Incident & Emergency Response

  • Act as first responder to onsite emergencies, directing immediate corrective action.
  • Escalate issues to external facility contractors, OEMs, and relevant stakeholders per defined escalation protocols.
  • Prepare incident reports with root-cause detail and ensure timely closure tracking.
  • Raise approval requests to management for procurement of goods/services required during the shift.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain records required to support internal and external audits, in line with statutory requirements for the site.
  • Apply knowledge of compliance processes for relevant ISO certifications (QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSE).
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication during both routine operations and emergencies.

Requirements

  • Graduate engineer in Electrical or Mechanical stream with 2–3 years' experience; OR Diploma engineer with 3–5 years' experience; OR ITI candidate with 8–10 years' experience, with strong experience in the electrical and mechanical field.
