Design and drive training programs to enhance the effectiveness of Medical Representatives and frontline managers, focusing on scientific detailing and selling skills.
Develop and deliver training on therapy areas, product knowledge, clinical data, and competitive positioning to strengthen field force expertise.
Ensure all training aligns with pharma compliance standards while partnering with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to deliver accurate content.
Measure training impact through key business metrics and leverage digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning) to drive continuous capability building.
