Senior Executive - GSCO

Job Description

Overview: NPL executive has to liaison with many teams and work on various projects to support the release and launch in market on-time. Objective is to keep teams aligned, working toward agreed-upon milestones, and helping to ensure the product launch is smooth and creates the maximum positive impact in the market.

Stakeholders: Commercial/finance, marketing, regulatory, R&D, central & site supply chain (formulation + API), manufacturing, quality, process development, logistics

Scope: New launches planned for Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM) and Global Institutional Business (GIB) territories.

Role And Responsibilities

• Developing a new product launch plan based on stakeholder inputs with proposed deadlines and milestones for each team & activity
• Meeting with all departments, tracking progress, anticipating risk and holding all teams accountable for completing their tasks on time.
• Arrive at an agreed-upon strategy for a successful product launch
• Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies.
• Lead/participate in various monthly reviews with different stakeholders
• Working constantly with all teams throughout the launch process to ensure project remains on track
  
  

Success metric: Successful launch of New Products in market on-time in-full (NPL OTIF)

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain in pharma/chemical/FMCG or similar industries. Experience with new product launch planning or project management is preferred.

Education

B.Tech in Engineering or Pharmacy

Graduation in Chartered Accountancy or Commerce
