Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an updated lead database.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property purchase needs.
Explain real estate projects, including pricing, amenities, features, and available options.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and purchase intent.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
