Role/ Job Title: Process Manager-Retail Operations RCC Settlement

Function/ Department: Recon, Compliance & Controls

Job Purpose:

Responsible- Overseeing daily settlements, compliance monitoring and control processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of processing specialists ensuring optimal performance and oversee settlement processes across retail banking transactions. Coordinate with the compliance department to identify potential risks and implement effective controls.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and enhance current settlement and control processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.
