About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Liability Operations (E) to join our Retail Liability Operations team. This role is responsible for authorizing customer requests and managing related activities through end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders such as branches and relationship managers. The goal is to ensure smooth transaction processing and deliver an enhanced customer experience through accurate and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing.
• Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per defined guidelines.
• Handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all operational activities.
• Maintain closed-loop coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal policies.
• Resolve complex queries related to customer transactions and service requests.
  
  

• Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in liability operations.
  
  

• Strong understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving skills to handle complex queries.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and operational guidelines.
