Roles and Responsibility

• Verify and authenticate invoices uploaded by buyers/sellers on the platform
• Cross-check transaction details such as invoice amount, due date, buyer confirmation, and discount rate
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and company SOPs
• Validate KYC and documentation before approving transactions
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Risk teams for discrepancy resolution
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely processing
• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation records
• Identify suspicious transactions and escalate to senior management
