Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and articulate interns or freshers who are passionate about marketing, networking, and content-driven ecosystems. As a part of our Marketing & Outreach team, you will play a key role in expanding Quantum Dialogues reach through liaising with IT decision-makers, CXOs, speakers, and potential partners.

Duration: 6 Months Internship (with potential for full-time offer).

• Research and connect with industry leaders, influencers, and collaborators.
• Set up meetings, podcast interviews, and partnership calls.
• Manage email campaigns and personalized outreach using templates and tools.
• Maintain and update outreach CRM or spreadsheet trackers
• Assist in preparing speaker briefs, follow-up emails, and outreach decks
• Collaborate with the content and design team to plan campaigns
• Brainstorm new opportunities for audience engagement and strategic partnerships.
