Ensure strong understanding of product portfolios, clinical data, and competitive positioning across the field force.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and support reporting on key metrics such as field performance, knowledge retention, and program participation.
