Youll work on high-impact projects across different parts of the business depending on your strengths, interests and business priorities.

You could find yourself solving questions like:

• How can we improve inventory availability without significantly increasing working capital?
  
• Why is a particular marketplace/category growing faster than another?
  
• How can we improve forecasting accuracy across thousands of SKUs and channels?
  
• Which business processes can be automated or simplified?
  
• Where should we deploy the next rupee of investment to generate maximum impact?
  
• How can data help us identify a business problem before it becomes visible?
  

And then youll be expected to help implement the answer, not just present it.

What Youll Own

Business Problem Solving

• Work on ambiguous, cross-functional business problems and bring structure to them.
  
• Break complex problems into clear hypotheses and actionable workstreams.
  
• Use data to identify patterns, opportunities and root causes.
  
• Translate analysis into practical business recommendations.
  

Data & Analytics

• Build dashboards, trackers and analytical models to support decision-making.
  
• Analyse business performance and identify trends or anomalies.
  
• Work with large datasets across sales, inventory, consumers, marketplaces and operations.
  
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  

Business Execution

• Take projects from problem identification → analysis → recommendation → execution.
  
• Work closely with functional leaders to implement solutions.
  
• Track outcomes and continuously improve interventions based on results.
  
• Take independent ownership of projects as you progress.
  

What Were Looking For

• B.Tech/B.E. graduate from an IIT or other premier engineering institution.
  
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
  
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
  
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems rather than wait for perfectly defined questions.
  
• Comfort working with data and numbers.
  
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI or similar analytical tools would be an advantage.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication.
  
• Ability to simplify complex analysis and communicate it to business stakeholders.
  
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
