Job Description

Manage HR operations for the plant, including recruitment and onboarding
Handle employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment
Oversee compliance with labour laws and company policies
Plan and implement training and development programmes
Work on performance management and appraisals
Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
Support organisational change and workforce planning
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience in HR within the manufacturing or automotive industry
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confidence in handling HR operations independently
